Nigel specialises in retail and education work and is Harris and Porter’s account holder for B&Q with whom Harris and Porter have worked for approximately 20 years and are now a partnered quantity surveyor. |

Nicholas Ralph Partner
Nick has over 20 years experience in a variety of sectors within the construction industry, and having professional qualifications in both quantity surveying and project management enables him to offer a unique, multi-disciplined service to our clients.
Nick is now specialising in utilities work and is Harris & Porter's account holder for EDF Energy, heading up a team of quantity surveyors and project managers on a number of major projects.

Roger brings over 35 years experience of the construction industry and a wide range of specialist skills including legal expertise in arbitration and adjudication. |

Craig Baldwin Director of Harris and Porter Health and Safety Ltd
Craig is responsible for the day to day running of the Division and has been instrumental in establishing a series of systems and proecdures to deal with the revised CDM Regulations introduced in 2007.
Craig has acted as Planning Supervisor and now CDM Coordinator accumulating invaluable experience on schemes up to the value of £220 million on a wide range of projects for developers, housing associations and transport Clients. Currently also oversees the H&S on store renewals and new build schemes for one of our major retail clients. |

Peter has over 25 years of project and facilities management consultancy with significant experience across a diversity of sectors and working environments. A chartered surveyor by background, Peter has over time developed an enviable list of ‘blue chip’ clients.
Peter regularly acts as project manager coordinating both construction and facilities projects for clients undertaking major organisational change. |
